We're Here!!!!

We had a wonderful night at the Mennonite Guest House in Nairobi last night. This morning we woke up to enjoy the beautiful trees and green lawn of the Mennonite Guest House. After breakfast Ron & Martha and MCC staffers Alan & Wambui presented on what MCC is doing in Kenya. Then is was off to Kola, which is 2 hours SE of Nairobi (South of Machakos). We are staying at th Utooni Development Agency, and were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff presented on what a sand dam is and the work we would be doing. In the middle of the presentation, a local group of about 100 came to receive their "food for work" food. Tomorrow we will be touring some completed sand dams. Paul Neufeldt
